About the role

As our Hospitality Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of our firm's hospitality services, ensuring seamless experiences for both our clients and colleagues. You will:

• Coordinate and oversee all day-to-day hospitality and reception activities
• Facilitate and manage meetings and events, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed
• Provide VIP assistance to high-end clients and manage special requests
• Lead the planning and scheduling of the Hospitality team
• Host and coordinate large-scale events
• Handle administrative tasks and monitor service efficiency
• Oversee external catering services
• Assist the emergency response team (BHV) with procedures when needed
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest service standards

Who you are

The ideal candidate combines professional expertise with strong interpersonal skills:

• Vocational degree (MBO)
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a coordination role in hospitality
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
