Are you a skilled events professional looking to take your next career step at a leading law firm? We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Events Coordinator to join our Business Development team and help create memorable experiences for our clients and colleagues.

About the role

As our Junior Events Coordinator, you will play a vital role in executing both internal and external events that showcase our firm's excellence. You will:

• Independently coordinate small-scale projects and create comprehensive project plans for various marketing and event activities;
• Take full ownership of the De Brauw MasterClass programme – setting up, executing etc.
• Take full ownership of several other event logistics, from initial planning to successful execution;
• Manage stakeholder communications, schedules, and mailing lists;
• Provide essential administrative support to the events team;
• Assist in the coordination and facilitation of events for our legal practice and business departments.

Who you are

The ideal candidate brings:

• A vocational HBO degree or MBO with and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in events coordination;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch;
• Strong planning and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail;
• Natural talent for stakeholder management and organizational sensitivity;
• A collaborative mindset and flexible approach to work;
• Outstanding customer service orientation
